I'm Ashleigh E., the breeder behind Spotted Feather Farm located in Holden, MO. Our dogs are bred with a focus on health, temperament and athleticism. All puppies will be exposed to many sounds and sights before going to their homes. While we love our colorful babies, the color is an extra on top of good health and temperament.

Ashleigh has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Ashleigh partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“We want to match puppies to their best fit for a forever home. Matching is based on buyers lifestyle and experience, dogs temperament, and what the buyer expects/wants their pet for.”

“Puppies come registered with ABCA and AKC, vaccinations, deworming, vet checked and start of socialization. Puppies are not priced on color and come registered and microchipped.”
Ashleigh may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. First trip outside for the little babies! Was a little scary at first but they quickly got over it and are quietly playing with their toys.

The oak tree litter is developing nicely, Mama is taking such great care of them! They are starting to explore moving more and some of them have the corners of their eyes beginning to open. Next update will be when eyes and ears are open, they get close to 3 weeks and we start some weaning.

River x Forest second litter is here and bonding with mom currently! First arrived around 5 yesterday and the final came close to 10 on July 27. River did great and gave us 7 puppies, 6 boys and 1 girl! We’ve decided to name this litter the oak tree litter, the pups will get names and pictures taken in a couple days to be officially listed

Expecting 7, maybe 8, puppies for river and forests second litter. Please excuse rivers poor cut job on her belly, it helps the little one nurse better. Due next week, if she cooperates of course!

Everyone has gotten a bath and is clean for their trips home, though no promises they will stay clean by pick up!
