  • What makes your program special?

    All of our parents are AKC registered, and undergo health and genetic testing. Each puppy is raised in a loving, nurturing environment and benefits from Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), Early Scent Introduction (ESI), and a structured socialization and training program. Our goal is to raise confident, well-adjusted puppies who are prepared to thrive in their new homes.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, cream, chocolate, chocolate and cream, chocolate and tan, black and tan, black and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Dana

Dana has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Dana partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $2,250 - $3,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Dana was great to work with - she's very knowledgeable, and you can tell she cares deeply about her pups. Oakley (now Finley) came home with a starter kit, vet records, and a detailed puppy packet that included information on feeding, potty training, socialization experiences, ENS & ESI programs, etc. The work she put into these pups was evident from day one, and it has made my first puppy experience much easier than others make it seem.     Dana was absolutely amazing to work with. A couple weeks before finding her, we had unfortunately been scammed out of a $200 deposit while trying to get a mini dachshund, so I was extremely cautious going into this process. I did a ton of research and came across Good Dog, but I still had my guard up. I’ll admit—I was probably a little pushy asking for all the information upfront from any breeder I spoke with. Then I found Dana’s profile and saw Pinto (Hurley at the time), and I instantly fell in love. From the very beginning, Dana was incredible. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about me, my home, and my experience with dachshunds. She even did a video call to reassure me that Pinto was very much real (which meant so much after what we had just gone through). Her kindness and transparency immediately put me at ease. What truly stood out was how much she genuinely cared for her pups. You can tell this is not just a transaction for her—she loves, nurtures, and supports each puppy like they’re her own. That level of care is something you don’t always find. Even after bringing Pinto home, Dana has stayed in touch, and we love sending her updates as he grows. That ongoing connection means everything. I would recommend Dana to absolutely anyone looking for a mini dachshund. She is truly one of a kind ❤️
