I'm Michelle W., the breeder behind Stately Dachshunds and Danes located in Kansas City, KS. All of my adults are AKC registered. They are my family and are house pets, so their puppies become family and are raised in my home with my family and other pets. I love and care for each of my puppies, and happily offer lifetime breeder support.

Why did you start breeding?
In 2007, I moved to Kansas City and I worked at a local independent pet store (aka no puppy mills or brokers) and fell in love with the Dachshund breed. I researched breeders in my area, found my dream Dachshund, and gained insight from my mentor as I started learning the ins and outs of breeding. Once I owned my own home, I decided to add Danes to our pack!What makes your program special?
My dogs are my pets, first and foremost! Each of their puppies are treated with the same love and devotion while they're with me. Since I don't work outside the home, I am able to spend more time with my own dogs and litters playing, exploring, learning, and enjoying life!What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

“Dachshunds range 1500-2500 Danes range 800-1800 All pups priced pet. I ask for a $100 non refundable deposit to hold the Pup of your choice after approvals have been made. This is because I will be turning away other potential homes after buyer has made a commitment.”
