I'm Cathy S., the breeder behind Stice's Australian Shepherds located in Bowler, WI. I breed for the original Australian Shepherd temperament, type, intelligence and biddability. A good Aussie has the ability to dial their energy level up or down depending on the situation. They are creative problem solvers. They will be your best buddy, faithful hired hand, babysitter, emotional support, security guard and service dog, depending on your need. I love to hear feedback from happy new Aussie families!

Why did you start breeding?
Couldn't find family Aussies near where we lived in the Midwest. Decided to select and breed for the old type dog we all loved and admired.What makes your program special?
I focus on smart, willing companions that are up for any adventure.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red merle, blue merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Cathy
Cathy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Cathy partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.

Price
“The price includes AKC registration, puppy socialization, first puppy shots, and vet exam at 7 weeks. The deposit on all of our puppies are the same price regardless of color, sex or size. The non-refundable deposit compensates for costs incurred in relisting the puppy for sale after the desirable age.”

DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
