I'm Kristin L., the breeder behind Stone & Sage ATX Toy & Mini Aussies located in Liberty Hill, TX. Stone & Sage ATX is a small, family-based Toy & Mini Australian Shepherd program in Liberty Hill, TX. Our puppies are raised in-home with children, early socialization, and intentional care. We prioritize health, temperament, and thoughtful placement. Both Parents registered ASDR. Puppies are eligible for ASDR registration.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our journey began with our love for Australian Shepherds and a desire to learn responsible breeding. Through years of ownership and education, we developed a strong appreciation for health, temperament, and ethical practices. When our foundation female Daphne matured and completed health testing, we felt prepared to begin intentionally.

  • What makes your program special?

    Stone & Sage ATX is a small, intentional program focused on quality over quantity. Our puppies are raised in-home with individual attention, early socialization, and health testing. We prioritize transparency, thoughtful placement, and lifelong support, viewing each family relationship as a long-term commitment.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include tiny and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Toy Australian Shepherd puppies include red merle and red tri. Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include red tri and red merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kristin

Kristin has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $1,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Our puppies include vet check, age-appropriate care, health testing, ASDR registration, in-home socialization, starter pack, contract, and lifetime breeder support. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy and is applied toward the final purchase price at pickup.”

Contract & health guarantee

Kristin may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
