I'm Denise B., the breeder behind Storybrooke Collies located in Stafford Springs, CT. We love this breed and the experience of having litters! Our mission is to raise pups that are set to become the best companions. The loyalty and loving disposition of Collies are simply the best! We put a great deal of effort into raising our litters to ensure our puppy families will have the best experience raising their new family members.

Getting a puppy from Denise
Denise has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,200 - $1,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“All puppies come with limited AKC registration for the posted price of $1400--if you would like full AKC registration the price is $1600.”
Contract & health guarantee
Denise may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. I found my Cowboy on Good Dog's --from Otter Creek Collies in MD-she is a wonderful hobbyist breeder like myself--getting Cowboy was the best thing ever!!! He is just the biggest lovable goofy guy ever---so laid back and has passed this trait onto his babies!!

Denise has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Dermatomyositis, DNA Disease Panel, PRA, Rod-Cone Dysplasia 2 (rcd2), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
