I'm Matt S., the breeder behind Strohlz Yorkies located in Mattoon, IL. I'm getting out of the breeding business for now and need to get the puppies sold. That's the reason for the low prices.

Why did you start breeding?
In May 2025, I lost my best friend. Roscoe was his name. He was a standard Parti yorkie. I honestly thought I'd never own another dog. Since mom has been breeding for a while, I decided to try it myself. I really enjoy yorkies and their personalities. They're very smart and loving pets, I couldn't imagine life without them. I'm breeding for my little buddy Roscoe. He is the dog in the tub.What makes your program special?
Yorkies are very loving and intelligent dogs. The most important thing is their health, so getting their 1st round of shots is part of my program. And 2nd round if I still have them. I also train their ears to stand up. Another thing about my program is putting a potty tray inside their iris pen to start potty training. I give them toys for exercising. They'll be sent home with AKC papers.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include chocolate, tan and white, parti, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
