I'm Tara A., the breeder behind Stylish Standards located in East Wenatchee, WA. We understand the responsibility of purposefully breeding in order to do better for the breed and the families that love them! We breed with passion and integrity so we’re able to responsibly contribute to growing this amazing breed. It’s important to us to share the gift of living with one of our puppies with other families.

Why did you start breeding?
We have had Standard Poodles for 18 years and fallen in love with the breed. We are small, hobby breeders and have 3 poodles at home. We plan to have one or two litters each year.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, black, blue, cream, red, and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Tara
Tara has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
“Price includes age appropriate vaccines and deworming, starter of puppy food being fed, AKC PALS Registerable after spay/neuter, Poodle specific genetic disorders health guarantee,. The deposit will be applied towards the purchase price and will hold the puppy until the agreed upon date of ownership. If for any reason the seller cannot sell the puppy as agreed upon, the deposit will be returned.”
Contract & health guarantee
Tara may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Litter update on 13 Jan. •…This is what white collar thought of his photo session yesterday! Tairn and Riesling’s litter has their Vet exams scheduled for January 22, and they will also be receiving their first puppy vaccines on the 22nd! Pickup days are getting close!

Litter update on 25 Dec. 2025 •…We have gradually introduced very wet puppy gruel over the last few days and only a couple of the pups were interested. Today they all got excited and are eating it!

Litter update on 22 Dec. 2025 •…The pups are starting to play with each other! 3 weeks old today. They had their toenails dremmeled and their faces, feet and sanitary clipped today.

Litter update on 20 Dec. 2025 •…I love watching the pups with Riesling on the web cam in the evenings when they are having special time together and the pups are getting filled up to sleep for the night. In the next few days we plan to move the pups to their new, larger xpen, with a sleeping area, potty area, and eating/play and learning area. We will also begin offering puppy mash and water to the pups who are ready for this next period of growth. The pups enjoy being held and having their ears rubbed ❤️

About Riesling
Extremely calm, very in tune with human feelings. Beautiful medium-sized Standard with a natural service and therapy personality. Stunning cream coloring. Health tested with Embark and clear/normal across the genetic panel. She was our pick of the litter. Chosen for her person-centric and calm demeanor.

Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Great! "Wavy" was just as shown online. We renamed him Roody and he is the best puppy we've ever had. Very laid back, very loving and scary smart. We love him very much and I know he loves us just as much. He knew his name & responded to it in 3 days, goes for walks on a leash, retrieves the ball and sits by the door when he needs to potty. He is a wonderful member of our family & even our Rottie, Maddie, is warming up to him.
