Getting a puppy from Amanda

Amanda has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Your Sugar Sweet puppies adoption fee includes thier first vet visit, DPv vaccine (distemper, parvo combo), microchipping, bi-weekly deworming, parasite fecal testing, health guarantee, AKC limited registration, complimentary 30 days free Trupanion pet insurance, health guarantee and a puppy gift bag loaded with all of the essential to start you and your puppy off right. At Amanda's Sugar Sweet Puppies, we focus on finding forever homes for our puppies. To ensure a smooth adoption process from commited buyers, we require a non-refundable deposit. Deposit Terms: 1. A non-refundable deposit of $500. reserves a puppy. 2. Deposits are applied to the total adoption fee. 3. The deposit confirms your commitment to adopt a puppy from us. No Refunds: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including: 1. Cancellation by buyer. 2. Change of heart. 3. Failure to complete adoption process. 4. Failure to complete payment or pick up puppy in an agreed upon timely manor. Exceptions: 1. Breeder cancels adoption due to health or genetic issues. 2. Breeder fails to provide a puppy within 90 days unless deposit is being placed on a future litter. Additional Terms: 1. Amanda's Sugar Sweet Puppies reserves the right to refuse adoption. 2. Adoption contract and spay/neuter agreement applies. By submitting the deposit, you acknowledge that you understand the terms of this agreement and agree to our policy.”

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • OFA/CHIC DNA Repository, Full Embark Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Amanda’s breeding services are top notch. She is very knowledgeable about her breeds. She also does a very good job of stating the training process with her pups. We purchased Chally (formally known as Faith) from her and we cannot believe how well she has done it terms of housebreaking and crate training. To say we are satisfied is an understatement. Amanda’s willingness to meet us up to two hours away was awesome too. It cut our travel time in half and gave us more time with our new member of our family! I would and probably will do business with Amanda again. Rest assured, you can safely do business with Amanda on Good Dog. I feel confident in also saying that you will get the best possible puppy you can from her. We are in love with ours!

    Amanda is amazing!! The absolute best breeder ever! I could never say enough good things about her and her beautiful puppies. She is still available to answer questions and my puppy is 6 months old. She has an answer to everything. She posts videos on how to do things for your puppy. She sends him home to you with a big goodie bag filled with a bag of food, a blanket mommy has slept on, combs, toys and more. She thinks of everything! My puppy is the best! I could not be happier. He was already almost house broken when I got him. Amazing! I could keep going but I think you get the idea. Out of 5 stars she gets a 10!

    Amanda was so easy to work with! She was great about puppy updates and was very accommodating when meeting to get our puppy. We received a happy and healthy puppy with an amazing temperament. Amanda has always been available for questions after receiving our puppy. She continues to be very helpful with her knowledge of the breed and has a genuine love for all of her puppies. I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a reputable maltese breeder.
