I'm Tricia H., the breeder behind SugarPaws Newfoundlands located in Conroe, TX. We do waiting lists for our litters. After they are born we go through our waiting list and FaceTime our families to pick their special pup. At that time in order to reserve you pup we take a 500.00 non-refundable reservation fee through good dog. You will get weekly weigh ins with pictures and videos of your pup. All puppies are Embark health and DNA tested. They will go to our vet for shots health clearances and fecal before they go home with you at 8 weeks. The experience with Tricia and SugarPaws Newfoundland was seamless from beginning to the end. We were always updated with pics and videos weekly/daily. King is a beautiful healthy well disposition boy! We thoroughly enjoyed the entire process and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a first class breeder who truly cares about the breed and your experience. No question went unanswered.

Tricia helped us find our Newfoundland puppy, and she was amazing throughout the whole process. She regularly sent us photos and even posted videos on Facebook so we could watch our future pup grow. We always felt informed and cared for. We highly recommend her as a breeder!

Tricia was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Any questions I had she was more than helpful in answering them. She still remains available even now if I have questions. Also, I really enjoyed her social media presence on Facebook for her newfies there. She updates it regularly and show cases all the things that go on with her dogs. It is very evident that she cares so much for all of them. Our pup Luna is the sweetest and healthiest little bear. She has a very sweet demeanor, super smart and quite healthy overall. I'll be sending in updates of her as she progresses and ages to their FB page. A lot of other past purchasers have been having their updates posted of their dogs purchased from Tricia. That's really great to see.

I did my homework on breeders and have been following SugarPaws for years. Tricia was phenomenal to work with, she kept me up to date and informed on the whole process from mating to take home. She provides great quality care to her puppies (even through a hurricane) and I’m so happy I chose her. She sends weekly updates with pictures and weights and lets you know developmental milestones like standing and eye opening. She is extremely helpful and informed on all things newfies. Seriously cannot recommend SugarPaws enough, I will be returning when we’re ready for another Newf as well!
