I'm Susan S., the breeder behind SuLynnes Shih Tzus located in Parma, ID. We offer AKC registered Pups to go to loving homes. Our dogs are bred for good health and personalities. Are good for people with allergies because they are considered hyperallergenic due to very little shedding. They are well socialized and subjected to all the sounds in a normal household such as vacuum, washer, dryer, and TV. They have been trained to words normally used such as Potty, No, Come, Out, and have been doggie door trained to potty outside at 6 weeks of age. They are really smart and healthy puppies that have learned so much with the help of a good mother. They are raised in our home, not a kennel, and given all the attention they desire.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Initially we got into breeding by buying a pet Shih Tzu and then falling in love with them so much we wanted to raise them and breed to share with others and make a little money along the way. We had many people refer friends to us because they loved their puppies they got from us and we were reputable breeders.

  • What makes your program special?

    We only have one male and two female Shih Tzus and they get all of our attention. Our puppies are Vet checked the first week when Dewclaws are removed. Get their shots as needed. We want to make sure they get a good healthy start and find a loving home to be happy and make others happy! We will warranty our puppies for a year that if a Vet finds something wrong with the puppy genetically we will take the puppy back.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include liver and liver and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    The minute I saw Bailey’s picture I knew she would be the perfect addition to our family. I was right! She is such a good puppy. She’s healthy, very smart and catches on quickly. Susan had her using a doggy door before we picked her up so it only took a few times to show her ours. She uses it all the time. Susan was amazing to work with. She responded within minutes of my text from the beginning to taking Bailey home. She was kind enough to send pictures and videos each week.     Susan made the entire experience so positive easy and reassuring from the initial message I sent her to any and all follow-up messages. She always responded with quick, knowledgeable answers and was willing to take the time to talk at length on the phone as well. More importantly though, was the obvious care she gives to the puppies and their home life .She was kind and gracious enough to allow me into her home and yard so that I could come see firsthand how well cared for they are and how they are treated so lovingly in a well suited area for puppies and their parents.     Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything was so organized. All paperwork, food information, and shots were all in a binder for us.
