I'm Jessica W., the breeder behind Sun City Yorkies located in Clint, TX. We’re so excited to be able to help families experience the longtime loyalty of welcoming a new puppy into their lives! The sweet, loyal, and playful disposition of our dogs inspired us to begin responsibly breeding to expand the breed and share them with others.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I began breeding out of my desire to start a responsible program that emphasizes quality and commitment to furthering the Yorkshire terrier breed. I also desire to regime our puppies with families who are in love with this breed as much as we are.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our breeding program is special because we place an emphasis on developing the socialization skills of every puppy. We also crate and potty train our puppies to utilize puppy pads. Puppies are exposed to a variety of sounds and people to make their adaption to the new home seamless.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jessica

Jessica has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Jessica may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
