I'm Dominica H., the breeder behind Sunbrooke Acres located in Burton, MI. Here at Sunbrooke Acres, our breeding goal is to produce healthy hunting retrievers and companions. Labradors were originally bred for sporting and hunting, as well as for search and rescue and they later became service and guide dogs. This legacy continues to inspire our breeding practices today.

"Included in this price is a health gaurentee, first round of vaccines and vet exam, Akc papers, and a transaction fee from good dog. Every puppy is priced differently depending on which litter they are from, and how much training they have had; but every deposit is the same amount, and goes towards the total price of the puppy."

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
