Meet the breeder

I'm Stephanie D., the breeder behind Sunflower Hill AKC Champion Lineage Labrador Retriever Puppies located in Riverside, CA. We are committed to always responsibly breeding with the best interest of our puppies’ health and longevity at the forefront. We put a great deal of effort into raising our litters to ensure our puppy families will have the best experience raising their new family members.

Q. & A. with Stephanie

  • Why did you start breeding?

In April 2021, my mother and I adopted our first AKC Labrador Retriever: her name is Daisy on Sunflower Hill. We adopted Daisy from a close family member that has been breeding AKC English Labradors for many years. He taught us how to raise a litter of Labrador puppies. Since then, we have continued to gain expertise and knowledge in breeding labs by meeting other local well-established breeders.
  • What makes your program special?

We provide an extended health guarantee for our Lab puppies. Our Labrador Retriever puppies for sale come with a 2-year (24-month) guarantee covering their hip, heart, and eye health. We exclusively produce pure bred Yellow AKC (American Kennel Club) Labrador Retrievers with outstanding pedigree from champion English blood lines and OFA Health Certified ancestry. We treat our pups like family!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
