  • Why did you start breeding?

    I grew up with the sweetest most loyal long haired dachshund named buster he lived to be 16 years old. He might be gone but he is never forgotten his legacy lives on through Sunset Dachshunds

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies are treated like family, they are socialized to all different personalities whether it's sitting on the sofa watching TV with me to running in the backyard with my son or sitting with my daughter doing her makeup we have the perfect pup for you!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red, fawn (isabella) and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

    Hi everyone! William with Sunset Dachshunds provided one of the best experiences my husband and I could have asked for. He was quick and responsive when we had any questions.     We had an amazing experience with Sunset Dachshunds! William was always very responsive and helpful when deciding on our mini doxie! We instantly trusted him and knew that he was providing a great home for our new little guy. Throughout the upcoming weeks, he text us with updates and new photos. He even met us half way to meet him! When it was finally time to get him, William worked with us on timing and kept him a little longer so we could surprise our kids for Christmas.
