Q. & A. with Patti
Why did you start breeding?
When starting our program not too long ago, we searched for quality foundation dogs, driving thousands of miles to pick them up. If you want quality puppies, you have to start with quality parents. We want our litters and dogs to be as healthy as possible.
What makes your program special?
We raise the puppies inside our home with love and care. A good start is crucial, so we provide plenty of people-interaction and lots of dog-interaction. With four grandchildren and five dogs, there's plenty of stimulation which helps with their development. They are handled often so they will be ready to be petted and groomed. We run the washer, dryer, and tv so they will be used to household noises.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
