I contacted Svitlana about puppy "Jack". She was prompt in getting back to me. We texted every day for 2 weeks about Jack, who I was, my current dogs, my living situation, my experience as a dog owner, etc. Arranging payment and pick up details was easy and Svitlana was very flexible with pick up days and times, as I live 2.5+ hours from her.
