Meet the breeder

I'm Katie M., the breeder behind Swan Shore Labrador located in Port Angeles, WA. Our pups are intentionally bred to support that "English" show confirmation look with natural sporting/hunting instinct true to the breed. We live on 18 acres where our females are first and foremost family dogs. We outsource for studs in order to get the best temperament, confirmation, and health.

Q. & A. with Katie

  • Why did you start breeding?

I fell in love at 15 years old with the agility, loyalty, personality, and can do attitude of the Labrador breed. This is why I started breeding, to share that passion and produce quality Labradors for new families and friend's I meet and have met along my journey.
  • What makes your program special?

I have been a small family/ hobby breeder for the last 15 years. I do it because I love the Labrador breed and feel its such an honor to produce healthy, happy, and loving labs for family's and friend's all over Washington and surrounding areas.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
