I'm Teresa F., the breeder behind SweetTee's Shih Tzus LLC located in Kernersville, NC. I consider my puppies to be family and prioritize their well-being by screening potential adopters. My puppies are raised in my smoke-free home, receive socialization, and are up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipping. Interested parties must possess a verified account and participate in a video call following a deposit.

What makes your program special?
All puppies are fully vaccinated and dewormed. Parents have undergone AKC DNA health testing and are clear. Each puppy will be microchipped with a registered AKC Reunite implant. Furthermore, each puppy will receive a travel carrier, a gift bag containing food, treats, and various supplies and toys.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Shihpoo puppies are tiny size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Shihpoo puppies include black gold and white, black, brindle, and black and white. Shih Tzu puppies include sable and white, sable, chocolate, black, liver, brindle and white, black and white, liver and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Teresa
Teresa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Teresa partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“Our first meeting will be via video chat. That will be our opportunity to get to know each other. I usually match puppies with families according to temperament. If you want a specific color, let me know. Families that pay a deposit will get first pick of the litter. My puppies go home after 12 weeks. But they can meet their new families at 8 weeks. I do not usually let people around my pups until they have had their first round of vaccines. ”
Price
“This price includes up to date vaccines, vet check-up, prepaid registration and microchipping. I will only accept application after you can verify you're a real person. Meaning, a virtual visit will be required before the puppy can be reserved.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Program update on 07 Feb •…As much as it breaks my heart. I have decided to rehome these 3 sweet babies. Lulu is 9 yrs old (female - spayed), Tiny (female)will be 4 yrs old in March, Sevyn (male) will be 6 yrs old in August. I thought that I would keep them forever but I am not available to them enough. I know they deserve more love and it's not fair for me to hold on to them. Please DM if you're interested.

Program update on 11 Aug 2025 •I also want to suggest... Moving forward, it is a great practice to take your new puppies in to see your vet within 48 to 72 hours after you bring them home... I mention this because it's what I do personally. Also try to limit exposure to other family pets until you get an "all clear" from their new vet.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Love my little girls! I adopted Everette (previously Carrie) and Poppy (previously Freddie) a few months ago. They’re now six months old and best friends. Teresa responded quickly and answered all my questions. I initially missed my first requested puppy but was very happy that she had another (Wednesday now Angel) available that fit what we were looking for. What I appreciated most is that she sent picture updates and allowed my daughter to video with her new puppy while we waited for her to become available.
