I'm Katie D., the breeder behind Sweetwater Belgian Laekenois located in Georgia. When we bring a life into the world, we take that responsibility seriously and do everything we can to make sure it gets the best start possible. Additionally, any pup or dog from our program is a part of our pack for life, and we will always have a home for them here if they need it.
Q. & A. with Katie
Why did you start breeding?
I didn’t initially intend to start a breeding program, I only wanted a wonderful sports companion and to try my hand at showing in conformation. However, I found even more than that in my dogs and this breed. I truly believe they are the hidden gem of the dog world and my goal is preserve them for generations to come.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
