Symphony Cockers

Kerry R.

Breeder of Cocker Spaniels

Meet the breeder

I'm Kerry R., the breeder behind Symphony Cockers located in Derry, NH. They are excellent representations of the breed and have wonderful temperaments. We breed in order to preserve the wonderful attributes we found in our dogs. Because of our dedication to both the health and quality of the Cocker Spaniel, it's our goal to pass these traits down to future generations.

Q. & A. with Kerry

  • Why did you start breeding?

I got my first Cocker Spaniel from one of the top breeders in the country and became fast friends with Silverhalls Cockers, Bonnie Pike . We have had cockers for the past 30 years and have loved everyone moment.
  • What makes your program special?

I have learned so much about Cockers in the past 30 years and have made our program our own. We raise our dogs in our home with our family. They get introduced to clippers right from the start, they are stimulated with different experiences almost every day. We play with our pups and handle them every day. We do not have a large breeding program so we have the time and energy to focus on our pups. We also send out daily photos of the pups to our families and encourage visits so the families know the type of dogs we raise. We also guarantee to take a pup or older dog back if the families can no longer care for them. We consider every dog part of our family.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are buff. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
