I'm Trudy T., the breeder behind T L Tharp Farm located in Fredericktown, OH. I am not a professional dog breeder. We have had farm animals for forty plus years. We made sure we had good breeding, birthing and care for our herds and flocks. We have downsized our farm. Sadie and her babies are in our home. Yes, there is a LOT of cleaning.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Downsized our farm and fell in love with my dogs. I decided to breed my lovely little Sadie and Charlie a couple times. This is Sadie's first litter.

  • What makes your program special?

    This is Very Personal in my home.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Price

Puppy prices include between $1,000 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Trudy may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
