Q. & A. with Taylor

  • Why did you start breeding?

When we got our first sheltie Callie a gorgeous blue merle girl. We loved her dearly, so easy to train, so smart all the amazing qualities of shelties. Callie unfortunately had a very short life due to genetic issues that could have been prevented if precautions were taken. We wanted to do better by this amazing breed so all roads & our backgrounds lead us to rasing these special souls
  • What makes your program special?

Love! Born and raised in our home literally born in our bedroom and raised along side our kids in the living room till they are older enough to start going outside to play with the kiddos! Using puppy culture to help give them the best start possible!
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Losing our beloved Sheltie, Calvin, left a huge hole in our hearts. When we finally felt ready to welcome another puppy into our family, we began searching on Good Dog and found Taylor at T Triple C Shelties. They had just welcomed a beautiful litter of Sheltie puppies. One little girl immediately captured our hearts. She had the most beautiful blue eyes, shared my name, and was born on our daughter's birthday. It felt like fate was giving us a gentle nudge. We reached out to Taylor, and after learning more about this sweet little girl, we knew she was meant to be part of our family. From the very beginning, Taylor was wonderful to work with. She was kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about her puppies and the families they would join. Throughout the weeks we waited for Patsy, her new name, to come home, Taylor kept us updated with photos, videos, and Facebook posts that allowed us to watch our little girl grow. Those updates meant so much to us and made us feel connected even from hundreds of miles away. When it was finally time to bring Patsy home, we flew to Iowa, and Taylor's family graciously met us at our hotel. It was clear how much love and care Patsy had received from the moment she was born. We flew home together, and Patsy was an absolute angel on the plane. Today, Patsy is 9 months old and has filled our home with so much love, laughter, and happiness. While no dog could ever replace Calvin, Patsy has helped heal our hearts in ways we never expected. She is everything we hoped for and more, and we are so thankful that Taylor entrusted us with such a special little girl. Our experience with Taylor and T Triple C Shelties was exceptional from beginning to end. We are incredibly grateful for the love, care, and dedication Taylor pours into her puppies, and we wholeheartedly recommend T Triple C Shelties to anyone looking for a healthy, well-socialized, and deeply loved Sheltie to become part of their family.
