  • Why did you start breeding?

    My life has always centered around animals. I was very active in rescue for many years, and I believe strongly in both responsible breeding and responsible rescue. I strive to produce the best puppies possible and am always working to improve my program. Many of our puppy families say people stop them on the street just to compliment how gorgeous their dogs are!

  • What makes your program special?

    If you’re looking for a dachshund with exceptional beauty and type, you’ve come to the right place. Our foundation dogs were imported from overseas and are known for their beautiful coats and longer ears. I spend countless hours researching pedigrees and carefully planning each pairing, always striving to improve my program. This is truly my passion, not just a business.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, sable, cream, red, brindle, chocolate and cream, black and cream, chocolate and tan, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Jennifer

Jennifer has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jennifer partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    There are no words to express how grateful we are to have found Jen. When looking for our new babies, finding someone who treated their dogs like family and truly cared for and understood the breed was a non-negotiable. Dachshunds are the most special dogs and after one phone call with Jen, it was obvious we found our breeder. She sent us pupdates almost daily and was the easiest person to work with. Nothing during the process felt like a “transaction.” It felt like her sharing an extension of her dachshund family and we could not be happier with our babies. Their temperament and personalities are a direct result of the time Jen invested with them and is a true testament of how much she loves and cares for her dogs. The transition from Alabama to their new home has been nearly seamless, something I’ve never experienced when bringing a new puppy home. Jen is someone I hope to take my dogs back to to visit again and to keep in touch with as we share our lives with our new babies.     Jennifer has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process of bringing home my sweet girl.     We did significant research into mini dachshund breeders and kept seeing Jennifer’s name everywhere. From our first call it was clear we could not go to anyone else. We fell in love with our little Bean (formerly known as Tosca) the moment we laid eyes on her over FaceTime. Jennifer was amazing throughout the process - she was a great and responsive communicator, including sending us nearly daily videos and pictures, and guided us through the entire process (including organizing travel to NYC) seamlessly.     Jennifer was honestly so great to work with. She was always sending me pictures to update me on my little best friend before he came home to me which I loved! It made me even more excited for his arrival. She also sends a very informative and detailed email regarding what to get your pup before their arrival with links, and helpful info on feeding and crate training. Working with Jennifer felt very personal which I liked, it wasn’t vague and transactional. Even after I got my puppy I texted her a question and without hesitation she helped instantly.
