We're small, home-based breeders of AKC registered quality Yorkies striving to preserve, protect, and improve this historic breed! We prioritize quality over quantity first and foremost, and we focus on the healthy development of all our puppies because we know that each one is unique and deserving of undivided love and attention. Why did you start breeding?
I first fell in love with Yorkies in 2013 when I adopted my first one. Since then, I have been passionate about preserving, protecting, and improving this phenomenal breed so that it can continue to be enjoyed for generations more to come! I started breeding in 2015 and haven't looked back since!What makes your program special?
I'm honest, reliable, and attentive, and I work with passion with everything that I do in regard to my program. My priority is to ensure the health and well-being of all my dogs and puppies from birth until they are ready to leave for their forever families and beyond!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, parti, blue and gold, black and tan, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Candace has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Meet our precious River! 🩵🐾 River is a gorgeous, doll face, blue merle. He currently weighs 4.5lbs and has a beautiful coat and well standing ears. Our sweet little man LOVES our children and snuggling while watching TV. His favorite toys are the ones with ropes. He loves to play tug or war.

Bria is a gorgeous dark blue/ gold girl. She weighs 7.5lbs. Bria is a very active girl she has alot of energy and she is "talkative" lol. She is amazing with our children and other pets (including our guinea pigs). Bria has a a beautiful silky coat and a level bite. Both ears stand very well.

Timber is a handsome chocolate/tan boy. He has small ears, short legs, and compact body. He weighs a wopping 4lbs lol. His temperament is so sweet and laid back. He's a very gentle, smart, neat and tidy little fella. Always eager to please. Timber produces gorgeous, healthy puppies! He has no health issues that has been detected or that we are aware of. We offer direct contact with our vet for a reference to our dogs health, well kept appearance and temperament. Our vet knows first hand how much we love our dogs!

We purchased two yorkie puppies. We love them!!! They are vibrant and the family has had a great time together with them. I would recommend her to anyone.
