I'm Patricia T., the breeder behind Templinhaus Rottweilers & DreamHaus French Bulldogs located in Worley, ID. We give our puppies the best start possible so they’re set up to succeed as well-socialized, trainable, and wonderful additions to any family. Why did you start breeding?
Our love for this amazing Rottweiler Breed started with the rescue of “Buddy” from the local shelter. From that point on, we knew that we would always be involved with the Rottweiler breed.What makes your program special?
We have selectively chosen our dogs from World Class European Rottweiler lines. Our dogs are health tested and we offer an excellent health guarantee on all of our puppiesWhat are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Rottweiler puppies are black and mahogany. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Patricia
Patricia has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $525 non-refundable deposit and between $3,275 - $6,975 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price includes cost of the puppy, vaccinations, and vet checks. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable to any litter.”

Patricia may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Buying a puppy from a breeder you’re not familiar with is a gamble. Patricia has a good reputation and takes pride in the bloodlines of her breeding stock. She is not a typical backyard breeder. Her dogs are not cheap but you get what you pay for. Our female Rottweiler has been amazing for us. She is everything that a Rottweiler should be. She loves her new home and everyone she meets. She learns quickly and remembers instructions. We’re very happy with our choice.

I got the most perfect puppy from the most amazing breeder! Patricia was wonderful and so sweet through the whole process to bring my little Akira home to Washington State, the process was very easy thanks to Patricia for providing transportation. I get so many compliments on his beautiful coat and of course how handsome he is. He is a very healthy puppy, I would definitely recommend Patricia to others. I wouldn't trade him for the world and love watching him grow into his paws, I am so thankful for Patricia and would definitely go back through her whenever the time is right!
