Q. & A. with Drew
Why did you start breeding?
We started with our first Chesapeake over 10 years ago and first lab over 7 years ago. We hunted with our dogs in NC while we lived there and got into hunt testing. We were passionate about the breed and wanted to add to and support breeding both for structure, drive, and temperament.
What makes your program special?
We breed for a purpose and have a vision. Each of our breedings have hours of thoughts and discussions poured over them. We look to improve with each breeding and to find homes for our puppies that will last their lifetime.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Labrador Retriever puppies include black and yellow. Chesapeake Bay Retriever puppies include light brown, dark brown, brown, and sedge. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
