I'm Karla L., the breeder behind The Dach House located in Perris, CA. We are proud to offer our beautiful Dachshund puppies to loving homes! Our dogs are healthy and have great temperaments. Our dogs stole our hearts right from the start and we found ourselves wanting to get more involved. Breeding was a natural next step and we haven’t looked back since!

Why did you start breeding?
My love for Dachshunds go back to my childhood days when our first dachshund was a rescued, red short haired dachshund. I have owned several short hair dachshunds who were mostly rescued. I fell in love with the long haired miniature dachshund when I acquired my first LH mini, Whiskey. My dachshund family continues to grow.What makes your program special?
I am a small breeder. My dogs are my pets first, they are loved and spoiled. They go on family vacations, outings and participate in dachshund events in our community.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Getting a puppy from Karla
Karla has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $3,500 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Karla may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
