I'm Melanie L., the breeder behind The dachshunds located in Modesto, CA. We’re a family who truly loves Doxies and enjoys raising our puppies in a loving home. Our puppies get lots of attention, care, and socialization from the time they’re born. We put a lot of love into each puppy and want to find them families who will love and care for them just as much as we do.

Why did you start breeding?
We’ve always had a love for Doxies, after having our own Doxies we decided to start breeding and have really enjoyed the experience. Our goal is to raise happy, healthy, well-socialized puppies and place them with loving families.What makes your program special?
We put lots of love and time into our doxies and their puppies. They’re raised around our family with lots of attention, care and socialization. We truly love each and every single puppy and want each and every single one to go to a loving home.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

“First round of vaccines Deworming Puppy socialization Beginning potty training. All puppies are the same price regardless of color or size. Female puppies are priced slightly higher. A deposit will secure your pick of puppy and will go toward the remaining balance of the final payment.”
