Q. & A. with Katrina
Why did you start breeding?
We fell in love with our Mini Goldendoodle, Ginger, and my daughter is just obsessed with all things animal.
My son was attacked by a large dog (not in my home) and has had to have several surgeries on his face. He loves the dogs that live in our home and they have helped get him through that life-changing event.
We wanted to breed dogs that kids could love and feel safe around.
What makes your program special?
Our dogs are family! They live in the main part of the house with us and are loved on all through the day. My whole family is involved with them. We socialize them with the other adult dogs in our home. They begin potty training around 4 weeks. Pups get introduced to different sounds, sights, and items daily.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include brown and white, black and white, tri-color, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
