Haleigh F.

Breeder of Dachshunds

Meet the breeder

I'm Haleigh F., the breeder behind The Doxie Box located in Poplarville, MS. Hey y’all! We’re a small family in South Mississippi who absolutely love our miniature dachshunds. These little pups are a big part of our lives, and we raise each one right here in our home with plenty of love, attention, and playtime. Our goal isn’t to just sell puppies — it’s to make sure every single one goes to a good home where they’ll be loved like family. We put a lot of heart into what we do, from early socializing and vet care to making sure each pup is happy, healthy, and ready to fit right in with their new people. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal dachshund with a fun personality and a whole lot of love to give, we’d love to help you find your perfect match. ❤️🐾.

Q. & A. with Haleigh

  • Why did you start breeding?

I’ve always had a soft spot for animals, but dachshunds stole my heart the moment I got my first one. Their sweet, loyal personalities and funny little ways made me fall in love with the breed. What started as one family pet turned into a passion for raising healthy, happy miniature dachshunds for others to love. Now I focus on doing it the right way — raising each litter in my home with care, attention, and lots of love. Seeing these puppies bring joy to new families is truly the best part of it all. ❤️🐾
  • What makes your program special?

Our focus isn’t just on producing puppies — it’s on raising happy, healthy, and well-socialized miniature dachshunds that are ready to be part of a family from day one. Every puppy is raised in our home, surrounded by love, attention, and plenty of playtime, so they’re comfortable with people, kids, and everyday life. We care deeply about temperament, health, and personality. We spend time with each pup individually, making sure they’re confident, friendly, and ready for their forever homes. We’re also committed to being there for our families before and after adoption, offering advice and support whenever it’s needed. To us, it’s not just about selling puppies — it’s about creating lifelong connections and giving every pup the best possible start in life. ❤️🐾
