It was an overall wonderful experience. You can tell The Neely OO’s shih Tzus really care about their babies and I appreciate this so much. I enjoyed chatting with them prior to pickup and had everything ready for our new girl. It was an easy adjustment bringing her into our home and she fit in right away. I highly recommend them and the quality of their pups!
