I'm Rita H., the breeder behind The Royal Furbabies located in Houston, TX. All of our dogs are bread with one thing in mind that is to produce a healthy, active, loving pup. Each pup is trained by myself and my son. We teach them to interact with people and other animals to be able to enter their new home with ease.
Potty training, how to fetch a ball & other commands.
Q. & A. with Rita
Why did you start breeding?
I built homes for years and my body gave away, so I took up my very first passion, “raising dogs.” My pups have been sent all over the world and I still get Christmas cards from them. I have all my equipment for birthing, took a course in birthing and “of course” a veterinarian on call. She doesn’t have to worry about anything just those little puppies.. she knows I’m there and she’s safe with me.
What makes your program special?
The Royal Furbabies are special in many ways. We trained them to prepare them to go into their new homes with ease.. for instance: potty training, fashion of all, come, sit, and many more. But most of all we make sure that pup is healthy as it possibly can be. We keep them on a daily routine, such as interacting with different people, learning different noises, & interacting with other animals.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are white and lemon. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About Elvie
Elvie has the quality of being a perfect mom. She’s playful but stern with her babies, teaching them how to maneuver in life, no matter what comes their way.
Elvie is my little guard dog. She lets me know which door someone’s knocking at which helps me a lot. I have a Hearing Implant so she has become my service animal. She was eight months old when she passed her certified test, meaning that tells you she’s a very girl.
She enjoys her day trips riding in the car. She loves playing with her toys, but enjoying long naps in the afternoon.
Very energetic, playful, loving, and beautiful.
