  • Why did you start breeding?

    We began our Miniature Dachshund breeding program after falling in love with the calm and gentle dispositions of our first two dogs. Seeing how gentle & patient our dogs were with our four young children inspired us to raise family-friendly dachshunds that are a blessing to other families.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our breeding program is small and intentional. We responsibly breed calm, healthy, and intelligent dogs to ensure that our puppies make wonderful additions to any family! Because our puppies are raised alongside children and other animals, they are social, family-friendly, well-rounded dogs.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, cream, red, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jenna

Jenna has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jenna partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

“All puppies receive regular dewormings + their first DHPP shot before leaving. Each dog is sent home with a small bag of food, health records, and a toy & blanket to help them adjust to their new home. A $300 deposit is required to reserve a puppy, and it is applied to the total cost.”

Contract & health guarantee

Jenna may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     My experience purchasing our newest family member was great. Jenna was responsive, personable, and seemed to genuinely care about her puppies and ensuring they went to good homes. Her communication was great and she worked with me on the purchase. I have had a couple bad experiences with fraudulent breeders, but Jenna worked with me to assuage my fears. My pup Hercules (originally Hershey) is growing like a weed. That really isn’t a concern for me however. I waited to post my review until I could get him in with our vet here in Beebe. He is healthy, good bones, parasite free, and is a good boy. Jenna, thanks for the great experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Jenna and Teacup Homestead Miniature Dachshunds
