Q. & A. with Melissa
Why did you start breeding?
I fell in love with my first doodle two years ago when my husband and I bought our oldest daughter an Aussiedoodle. Her temperament, attitude, and personality along with her being so smart AND hypoallergenic was the perfect combination for her to steal our hearts. A few months after we had her, we had an opportunity to adopt a male poodle who was patiently waiting for his people.
What makes your program special?
Our compassion sets us apart. Our dogs are our pets and caring for them in every way is pure therapy for me. I love every aspect of what I do. My family and I love the happiness we can bring others through TYPDC. Our world is more stressful and depressing these days and being able to care for a dog while receiving the love they have to give their people, helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Aussiedoodle puppies include mini and standard sizes. Goldendoodle puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sheepadoodle puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Aussiedoodle puppies include blue merle, black phantom, black and white, and red phantom. Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, chocolate, and parti. Sheepadoodle puppies are black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
