Q. & A. with Nicole
Why did you start breeding?
I have been dedicated to the care and wellbeing of animals for the past eight years in my line of work, during which time I have had the privilege of sharing my life with dachshunds. Regrettably, in 2019, I lost one of my beloved dog Momo to IVDD, a pivotal moment that spurred me to delve deeply into understanding the breed. Through extensive education and research, I have developed a profound appreciation for dachshunds and their significance to enthusiasts worldwide. This journey has inspired me to aspire to breed healthy dachshund puppies and contribute positively to the breed's future. With a commitment to excellence, I am determined to expand our practice and actively engage with families, ensuring the well-being of both our puppies and their new owners. Furthermore, I am preparing to enter the realm of dog shows, with the aim of showcasing the quality and integrity of our breeding program in the upcoming year."
