I'm Denise T., the breeder behind Thompson's Prairie Pride located in Greenfield, IN. We are lifelong dog enthusiasts, and we’re excited to share our passion and purpose with others through our breeding program. Our dogs stole our hearts right from the start and we found ourselves wanting to get more involved. Breeding was a natural next step and we haven’t looked back since!

Why did you start breeding?
Years ago, I decided to have a litter with my black and tan dapple, long-haired dachshund, and that is all it took I was hooked!What makes your program special?
All of my dachshunds are my babies. I love every single one of them with all of my heart and soul. I probably take better care of them, and then I can do myself, lol!What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Getting a puppy from Denise
Denise has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Denise partners with them to find the best puppy match.
Price
"The price includes the guarantee, AKC registration, first round of puppy shots and deworming. Micro chipping, and socialization. All of our puppies at the same price regardless of sex, color, or size."
