I'm Anne & Griffin, the breeder behind Tidal Retrievers located in Lancaster, SC. We are passionate about upholding and preserving the classic, stunning and versatile breed that a Labrador is. Dogs in our program are extensively health tested. They prove their temperament and structure through AKC titles like conformation, Dock diving or tests like the Canine Good Citizen.
Q. & A. with Anne & Griffin
Why did you start breeding?
We bought our own Labrador puppy in 2019. He went on to become a very successful service dog for our co-owner, Griffin. We have fallen in love with the dogs as well as people in our Labrador community. We wanted to produce puppies that could go on to save lives like Ellis did for us.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
