Meet the breeder

I'm Marissa T., the breeder behind Travis’ Chocolate Labradors located in San Diego County, CA. We are a passionate and dedicated breeding program that produces dogs with great working drives, conformation, and temperaments. It is our goal to breed dogs that can be excellent field hunting dogs, as well as loving companions. We give all of our puppies the best care that we can so they will be ready for their new homes.

Q. & A. with Marissa

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our dogs are excellent hunting companions, and we are proud to continue their line. We breed both to provide families with loving and capable companions and to improve upon our dogs' fantastic traits with each generation.
  • What makes your program special?

We treasure each puppy in our program and give them all the attention and care that we possibly can. We work hard so our puppies can leave our home with confidence, ready to take on the world with their new family!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are chocolate. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
