I'm Rose B., the breeder behind Tundra Rose Kennels located in Lakewood, CO. We are a small, family-run breeding program focusing on quality care and good health. Each puppy is cared for and loved for life.
Q. & A. with Rose
Why did you start breeding?
My first dog was everything to me. Due to a genetic health condition, that his breeder could have tested for, he passed away younger than he should have. I couldn't help him, but I can help make a difference in the breed that stole my heart. I can help make a difference in the lifespan of these amazing dogs.
What makes your program special?
Along with OFA certification, both parents will be tested for various genetic conditions common within Great Danes.
My main goal is to help Great Danes live longer, healthier lives, in happy lifelong homes. Along with this goal, I hope to offer quality puppies at an affordable price. My only wish is to better great danes as a whole.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include fawn and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
