Meet the breeder

I'm Nicole V., the breeder behind Twisted T Wienery located in Vero Beach, FL. Focused on health and temperament, our program makes thoughtful pairings and raises each puppy with intention. Setting the foundation for happy, healthy companions is our top priority.

Q. & A. with Nicole

  • Why did you start breeding?

As a vet tech, I've seen firsthand how breeding decisions impact both a pet's health and the emotional and financial well-being of their owners. This, paired with my love for the nursing care of animals and my passion for the Dachshund breed, resulted in Twisted T Wienery.
  • What makes your program special?

My professional background guides how I raise my puppies, with a strong focus on preventative care and early monitoring to set them up for a healthy, successful life. Parent dogs are OFA CHIC health tested. Additionally, I perform Early Neurological Stimulation and begin the potty and kennel training processes. It is also my pleasure to offer life-time support for puppy buyers.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include piebald, cream, red, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
