I'm Lea S., the breeder behind UGG Ranch located in Thomaston, GA. Our puppies are raised in our home with hands-on socialization, healthy routines, and the same love we give our own pets. We are committed to breeding for health, temperament, and structure, and we continually invest in strengthening our program.

Parent dogs
Maddie, mom
Dachshund
About Maddie
Maddie is our quiet, gentle soul. She carries herself with a calm, reserved presence—watchful and wise, like an old soul in a tiny princess body. She loves nothing more than to curl up in a lap, radiating sweetness and loyalty, though she’ll surprise you with little bursts of spunk that make everyone smile. As a mother, she is unmatched: attentive, nurturing, and exceptional both in birthing and raising her puppies. Obedient and easy to live with, Maddie has a heart of gold, and it never fails... every visitor who meets her falls completely in love.
Tex, dad
Dachshund
About Tex
Tex—affectionately nicknamed Mosey—is the definition of laid back. He’s the strong, quiet type who loves to “boop” his way into snuggles and gaze up at us with adoring, soulful eyes. Gentle and sweet, he often sits with a contented sigh as if he’s soaking in every moment. Despite his calm nature, Tex shows his playful side with joyful bunny hops, teasing games, and elegant movement that makes him a joy to watch. He’s a wonderful father, endlessly patient and kind. With his flowing feathered coat and wagging tail, he greets new encounters warmly and even delights in water play—proving he’s not made of sugar after all!
Rita, mom
Dachshund
About Rita
Rita is full of spice and everything nice—her verve and curiosity make her eager for every adventure. Intelligent and easy to train, she meets the world with confidence, reserved but fearless. Her sparkling personality shines so brightly that even when she gets into a little mischief, you can’t help but laugh. Assured and solid, Rita carries herself with a comforting presence that makes her an anchor in our home.
Cora, mom
Dachshund
About Cora
Cora charms everyone with her funny little trot, as if she’s always on her way to a bit of mischief. She’s pure sweetness—gentle, undemanding, and content to simply be near. Though reserved and not the most outgoing, she blossoms in affection, quick to please and happiest when she’s being held, hugged, and told how pretty she is. As a mother, she’s wonderfully attentive and has blessed us with gorgeous, well-tempered puppies.
Ripley Snugglebug Barkington, mom
Dachshund
About Ripley Snugglebug Barkington
Ripley is elegance embodied—demure yet a little flirtatious, with arresting eyes and a stunning chocolate based shaded cream coat that turns heads wherever she goes. She is truly a princess and a constant companion, always by our side and ready to melt hearts with her radiant energy and joyful disposition.
