After buyers complete the application and screening process, Leannice partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Deposit will secure buyers space for pick of the litter. We will schedule a date and time that works best for the buyer to meet with the puppies. Buyer will select the puppy that is the best fit for them ”

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes 1yr health guaruntee, AKC registration (companion/pet homes), first round of vaccinations, deworming, 1 month Trupanion health insurance, puppy starter package. All of our puppies are the same price regardless of color or size. Includes registration. Electronic payment preferred.”

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM), D Locus (Dilute) DNA test, PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Leanice was great. We have the most perfect lab. Luna slept through the night the very first night we got her. She was crate trained when we got her. Completely potty trained in 2 weeks! At four months now, I just transitioned her from grain free to diamond naturals salmon and potato. We did a four week puppy class… “ puppy learn and play” she actually didnt need it. She is well socialized. I’m lucky because I can take her with me to work a couple of days a week. I recommend Leanice as a breeeder and referred her to a couple of people
