Why did you start breeding?
Our love and affection for doxies started with our Mini chocolate, tan boy Diesel. A year later Nala, a standard shaded cream came along! We’d love to share our love and appreciation for dachshunds. And so, Valley Long-Hair Dachshunds was established.
What makes your program special?
We hold ourselves accountable and responsible to the highest standard of what ethical breeding and training should be which starts with health. We strive to find our puppies their fur-ever home and hope to starts with you!

What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Tiffany
Tiffany has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $3,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price includes vet vaccination record: 1st round of vaccinations/deworming. Our puppies also come w/ guarantee of socialization, recall & desensitization of different noises, voices, appearances. Depends on coat and gender.
Males average $2500-$3500
Females average $2800-3800.”
Contract & health guarantee
Tiffany may provide a written contract or
health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps
protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you
both have a clear understanding of the terms of your
puppy purchase. If Tiffany offers a contract

About Diesel
Diesel is a male Dachshund. Carefully selected as a great representative of his breed, Tiffany decided to make him part of their program. Tiffany has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
