I'm Amanda S., the breeder behind Valorosa Doberman Kennel located in Medina, TN. We are a small kennel located in Tennessee . Our goal is for health, temperament, longevity, workability, and predictability.
Q. & A. with Amanda
Why did you start breeding?
I love genetics and of course babies. I love watching them grow and watching them grow into healthy, strong capable adults.
What makes your program special?
Dobermans are known for DCM, there’s a possible connection with lowering the COI that could help with getting rid of that horrible disease. It’s a tough road to lower COI but keep the workability and conformation. That’s my goal in my program.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black and rust. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
