I'm Bethani V., the breeder behind Vaubel Country Pugs located in Delray, WV. We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and we do everything we can to make sure that they get the best lives possible. That includes everything from choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. We strive to provide each of our puppies and their families with a truly positive experience!

I feel my program is special because my pugs are my family. I have Chessie, the momma, Gilbert, the daddy and Sullie, who is my first pug and is fixed.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Bethani has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $2,100 - $2,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Pug Dog Encephalitis (PDE)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

We waited 4 years since our last Pug passed...and we found Bethani and beautiful Heron. Our experience with Bethani was amazing! She responded quickly, was always available, and we even did a Facetime to see Heron! She was warm, wonderful, loving, and obviously a breeder with excellent ethics. We met her, her wonderful husband, and Heron's parents were on site. We have been enjoying Heron for over a month and he is such a smart puppy...we love him so much. We had such a wonderful experience working with Bethani to bring our sweet pug Muffin home! From the very beginning, Bethani was kind, professional, and incredibly communicative. She kept us updated with pictures and messages, which made the process even more exciting. When we came to pick up Muffin, we surprised my sons with her and they were so happy. 10/10 HIGHLY recommended! Our experience with Vaubel Country Pugs was awesome. We adopted our sweet little 8 week old pug puppy (Yukon Cornelius) from Bethani back in January. Bethani is FANTASTIC, as are her dogs. You can tell how deeply loved and well-cared for her animals are. She is friendly, polite, kind, genuine, down-to-earth, responsible, responsive, and highly organized. This was our first time purchasing a puppy online and we were definitely nervous. Upon visiting her and the puppies, however, our nerves quickly faded and our minds were at ease. She patiently answered any questions we had and periodically sent updates/photos as the puppies grew. Rest assured she will take very good care of you and the pups! Yukon is an AMAZING dog! He is now about 4 months old, growing and thriving everyday. He is happy, healthy, playful, loving, adorable, and SO much fun! We love him more than words can properly express. He brings a ton of light, love, and joy to our lives. We are blessed to have him. We would 100% recommend Bethani and her pups to family, friends, and anyone looking for a high quality Pug. Her pups are OUTSTANDING and well worth the price! I honestly cannot say enough good things about Bethani, her dogs, and the entire puppy-purchasing experience we had with her. It was top-notch and we are impressed! Bagel has been the sweetest addition to our family—he settled in quickly and has been such a loving, playful companion from the start. Bethany made the entire process smooth and reassuring. From the beginning, she was a fantastic communicator. She arranged a FaceTime call so we could meet the available puppies, and once we chose Bagel, she sent regular updates and adorable photos that made the wait so exciting. We especially appreciated her thoughtful touches—she started calling him by the name we had chosen so he could begin to recognize it early on. Bethani also went out of her way to meet us for the puppy drop-off, which was incredibly helpful given the distance. Bagel came to us happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for, and it’s obvious he was raised with a lot of love. It was wonderful interacting with Bethani. She was open to FaceTime sessions and sent frequent updates and pictures to keep us informed.
