I'm Rebecca B., the breeder behind Vera Ruth Farms located in Uriah, AL. Hello we live in South Alabama. Our pups are exposed to household sounds, children, other dogs and played with daily. They are groomed weekly and wormed every two weeks. At 6 weeks our pups go to the vet for shots and a vet health check. We believe in raising well rounded spoiled pups (just like our kids).

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I had a smooth coat black and tan doxie who was my baby girl. Unfortunately she was hit by a car and I was devastated. It took a few years but I knew my heart would only heal if I found another baby! And that was how Vera Ruth Farms was born!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, chocolate, fawn (isabella) and tan, fawn (isabella) and cream, chocolate and tan, chocolate and cream, black and cream, blue and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
