I'm Vicki M., the breeder behind Vicki's Dachshund Crossing located in Port Charlotte, FL. Our Dachshund pups are home-raised. We put a lot of care into socializing them so they can transition easily into their new lives. Our dogs and puppies are raised in our home and are loved as family. We spend countless hours with each of our litters, socializing and caring for our puppies to prepare them for their forever homes. We truly love our puppies and know you will, too! I have an established Insta gram (3rcircus) please check these out to see even more photos. Also, we do NOT take deposits BEFORE we have a puppy for you. We do NOT believe in taking money for something that we do not have yet & truly can not guarantee. We do ask that EVERYONE RESPONDS WITHIN 24 hours or we move down the list & YOU ARE DELETED.   • Why did you start breeding?

    When my kids were little one of their babysitters had dachshunds. We purchased our 1st three from her and we were hooked!! Started breeding them about 19 years ago.

  • What makes your program special?

    Raised inside my home, in my livingroom and puppy bedrooms. Hands on from day 1 so they are used to people and very socialized

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, cream, red, brindle, black and tan, black and cream, chocolate and cream, fawn (isabella) and tan, blue and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Vicki

Vicki has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Vicki partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $1,900 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

“Prices are based on colors. We start at the bottom with reds and go up from there to dilute colors like Isabella, Blue & TRUE creams Microchipping offered at additional cost. Deposit may be moved to another litter if circumstances approved.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
