I'm Corinne A., the breeder behind Virginia Creams - Dachshunds located in Virginia Beach, VA. All of our dogs are loved as family members. We cherish our puppies from birth up until they leave our arms to snuggle into yours! We raise our dogs in our home right alongside our family. We love being able to match our puppies with families that are the perfect fit for their personalities.
Q. & A. with Corinne
What makes your program special?
AKC registered English ee cream long-haired. I only own Poppy, who is the mom and another LH Black & Tan Female Dachshund, Lily. Lily is spayed, so we only have pups once in a while. The daddy is Dublin, and he's owned by Eileen Ferragame, of Summer's End Dachshunds. She's located in PA. Both of our dogs have Irish & Scottish backgrounds and a history of champion show dogs as well.
Currently, we're taking applications and will be fairly picky which homes they'll go to. No homes with children under 4 and no aggressive dogs in the home. We will sell the pups with full breeding rights, but only to a small in-home breeder. The male is $3,000 for pet only and $3,500 for full breeding rights with a $500 non refundable deposit. They'll be ready to go at 8 weeks, which is March 10th. We won't ship, but will send to you through a pet nanny service at your expense. Also, will gladly meet you at the airport or Amtrak, which is close to us, Norfolk, VA. We can also meet you by car, within 1 hour driving distance from us. Let me know if you'd like an application or would like any additional information and please join our Facebook page Virginia Creams - Dachshunds. Thanks, Corinne Aselin

“Our puppies will be socialized at a young age and we begin pee pad training before they leave. We provide a health clearance from our veterinarian, at Beach Pet Animal Hospital in Virginia Beach. Our puppies will have age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, AKC registration, some of the puppy food they’ll be eating and a blanket that smells of their mom. Our puppies will have a health examination, which includes checking for heart murmurs, hernias, healthy eyes, ears, spines, hips, and teeth. If Buyer pays the Deposit, then later decides s/he does not want the puppy for any reason, Breeder is not required to refund the Deposit. If, however, Breeder is able to sell the puppy to another buyer within a reasonable amount of time after Buyer notifies Breeder of his/her decision, Breeder may (in its sole discretion) refund the Deposit to Buyer.”
