We are committed to always responsibly breeding with the best interest of our puppies’ health and longevity at the forefront. We have developed several protocols to ensure the health and well-being of all of our dogs. Not only are Sire & Dam tested - we DNA test our puppies! Excellent family dogs!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    After multiple devastating losses of beloved human loved ones in short succession, I needed a new focus of pouring my caring and devotion in serving others. Breeding these incredible majestic dogs combines my love for animals along with my medical background in nursing & therapy and exemplifies serving others by bringing such love into their homes through the love of a canine best friend.

  • What makes your program special?

    We raise the puppies right in our home with us so they get to experience daily life with humans right from the start! Meticulous record-keeping, extensive puppy packets focused on making things easy to understand and precise documents on issues like DCM. Puppies are extremely well-cared for with a heavy attention to detail approach.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Doberman Pinscher puppies include black and rust and red and rust. Great Dane puppies include merle and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Valerie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Valerie partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“How We Match Puppies With Families Finding the right match is very important to us. Our goal is not simply to place a puppy, but to make thoughtful matches that set both the puppy and their new family up for a successful life together. All prospective families are required to complete our application process, which helps us learn more about their home, lifestyle, experience, expectations, and what they are looking for in a puppy. Applications are available through our website at www.dobermansanddanes.com. Once we have had an opportunity to get to know a family, we discuss the puppies they are interested in and share what we know about each puppy’s developing temperament, personality, energy level, and individual characteristics. As the puppies grow, we continue to observe them closely so we can better understand their unique personalities. We use this information, along with what we learn about each prospective family, to help guide the matching process. While families are welcome to share their preferences and interests, we believe the best match is one where the puppy’s individual temperament and needs are also considered. Our puppies are raised with careful attention to their development, and we take the responsibility of helping each one find the right family very seriously. We are always happy to have an open conversation with prospective families about which puppy may be the best fit for their lifestyle and expectations.”

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,800 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Merle & Brindle Great Danes $3300 + 8% OH Tax Black Great Danes w/ surgical crop by our soft-tissue surgeon. $3700 + 8% OH Tax European Doberman w/ surgical crop by our soft-tissue surgeon - $4000 + 8% OH Tax European Doberman with natural ears - $3500 + 8% OH Tax. Deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is placed on a puppy, the puppy is removed from their online ads as they are reserved for YOU with no visibility for anyone else to have consideration.”

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

Nothing but professional, loving, caring and devotion to what they do and that’s breeding Great Danes and Doberman! From the moment Momma got pregnant until the second she gave birth she kept me in the loop with everything. She kept me informed with everything and anything about the puppy I chose(Finnick:)) and made this whole process exciting and comforting. Any questions i had she answered promptly.
